The first courses are homemade and rolled with a rolling pin. You can taste traditional Casentino potato Tortelli or Aunt Cesarina's nettle gnocchi in walnut sauce. Tuscan meats, cured meats and cheeses complete the rich choice of dishes that satisfy all palates. The dessert menu is very extensive, and Roberta personally handles the preparation. You can taste the typical Tuscan cantucci, the creamy panna cotta with almonds and pine nuts, a crumbly grandmother's cake, the traditional milkman and many other tasty desserts. The restaurant is part of the AIC (Italian Celiac Association) circuit. Gluten-free tortelli, ravioli and tagliatelle are prepared at home. There is also excellent gluten-free bread and pizza.
