About Us
The La Scaletta Restaurant of the Chef patron Dino Ricci, was born in the mid-1800s and is still today a culinary reference point in the heart of Pisa, a few steps from the famous tower in Piazza dei Miracoli. The restaurant specializes in seafood cuisine, proposals based on fish of the day and seafood crudités with rich and refined Plateau Royal, to be accompanied by highly prized Champagne and selected wines of excellence. Without ever forgetting tradition, the aim is the real innovation of the recipes of Italian cuisine. The Chef specializes in both typical local and Mediterranean fish-based dishes. Each course results from creativity and continuous research; before being packaged, each system is checked by the Chef and the dining room management, who guarantee the requirements of freshness and quality and display beauty to maintain the raw materials' original flavour.
