The new special menu card includes two tasting menus with many of its unmissable dishes: Cooked and raw vegetables with porcini mushroom ice cream and fig molasses; Suckling pig in porchetta with salsify, shallot in port and Dijon mustard; Risotto with sea urchins, colatura, anchovies, and fennel frisella.
