The Casino Restaurant is the kingdom of Valeria Piccini, one of ten starred female chefs in Italy. Her love for her land, the Maremma, inspires her: traditional peasant dishes are revisited in a contemporary key. It ranges between intense flavours, playing on contrasts of aromas, textures and temperatures in an alchemy of scents and colours. Valeria Piccini puts her heart, study and creative flair into it. Take a seat in the room: a refined space with nine tables to guarantee tranquillity and safety. Our chef loves to chat with guests, illustrating her way of conceiving cuisine. The perfect pairing with the dishes? Exceptional wines! It is kept in the cellar of the Casino Restaurant, created by Maurizio Menichetti and today managed by Andrea. It is several meters above the ground, under the ancient town square. A spectacular environment, characterized by rooms, ravines and underground corners: a treasure chest where every detail is designed to preserve bottled treasures.

In addition to the wines of its production, there is no shortage of the best Italian and foreign shows. The collection is embellished with some absolute rarities and unique labels. The scent of the table gives more flavour to life: this is the philosophy of the ancient Tuscan trattoria. The soul of the restaurant lives again in the Garden of Cain. The family recipes are re-proposed here: from pregnancy to tripe, from the lampredotto sandwich to the Maremma tortello, from cold cuts and desserts. The menu is created in the wake of the most genuine popular tradition. The flavour of the dishes is combined with the pleasure of conviviality surrounding the taste experience. A journey for the palate back in time takes place at the Giardino di Caino, a welcoming summer terrace that becomes a warm winter bistro.
